This place is the bomb! I couldn't ask for a better workout/facility/trainers. Every class is unique and high intensity. A fun warm up, intense class and a wicked mindful cool down and stretch. What else could you ask for? Oh and did I mention how amazing each one of the trainers' are. They all bring something different to class and I appreciate the diversity. Stacey has a good thing going on here I would highly recommend checking it out!

I cant say enough good things about this place, it's the best. If you are looking for a gym you should definitely do yourself a favor and try New Wave Fitness. The trainers put an incredible amount of effort and helpful encouragement into these workouts and it really makes all the difference. Personally, I would never have been able to see the same kind of results on my own or at any other gym. So really, its easy....just check it out, you won't regret it.

inspired. empowered. motivated. stronger. these are some of the things I feel after walking out of the doors of new wave after a workout. I know it can be scary walking into a gym for the first time but I felt welcomed on the first day and that made things so much easier&comfortable. Until new wave, I had never been able to keep motivated and consistently workout - working out is now a part of my life and I am SO grateful to everyone at new wave for that.
