New "trainer" flooding the place with steroids and confirmed rumours from there own staff about a man on "G" pulling his private part out this past Sunday and peeing in the weight pit area before passing out. Management cant be that blind, or that scared. I'm sad to see this gym slowly and steadily turn to garbage and will be cancelling. Hope management opens their eyes..... pretty sad when the own gyms staff doesnt come forward and members have to say something.

Before I became a member of the front desk staff I had always thought the staff where amazing, super nice and actually cared about there members at the gym (and I still do think that) That is the reason why I actually joined the gym in the first place. Lots of well maintained equipment, very clean and just an all around great gym.

The training staff are rude. The layout is poor. The main area for stretching and exercises is always blocked off for one person to do “personal training”. When I addressed this with management they indicated this could not be changed. When I indicated this would cause me to have to look elsewhere they took that as resignation from the facility instead of caring to keep a client. Poor all around.

I went to a lot of gym in my life , but this one gives overall everything , not just a separate areas for woman, but the best classes, great coaches, wonderfull staff, modern and clean change room and bathrooms.

Owner really takes care of the place, the preacher curl machine padding is somewhat damaged and they got it replaced, I'm very impressed.
