I love this place! It is a SERIOUS workout with tons of support and great fellowship with the other members. There is also nothing better than to visit the beautiful ocean while I'm down there, and treat myself to a coffee after a kick butt workout. The staff are incredible and extremely supportive and make me feel like part of a community. xoxo

This Barre and Cycle studio exceeded my expectations! Location is perfect! Place is impeccably clean and welcoming. Staff and trainers are knowledgeable and super helpful. Whether you are a beginner or advance in your training, this place would definitely help you achieve your fitness goals. I’ve tried many classes before-Yoga, pilates, pump, etc. ..TDM is by far the most effective core training I’ve ever done. More power to TDM White Rock!!!!
