Nomads Hemp Wear

I have ordered a couple of things over the last years for myself as well as for my husband. My husband loves the soft bamboo feeling on his skin and I love how this is way better for the earth than polyester. . I just love the Nomad Hemp clothing. I like the colours, I like the style. There is nothing more to say :-)

EDIT TO ADD: THEY SENT ME SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER AND WANTED ME TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. And I have been waiting over a week for them to send me a shipping label, which they keep putting off. If by the grace of God the owner of the order is aware that they have mine, please send it to me so I can make this nightmare go away! Jillian JJ Smith at gmail. I made an online purchase. Met the minimum $100 requirement for free shipping (and spent more than that). I fully read their shipping policies since I was shipping to the US. Nowhere on their website does it say that there is no tracking information for orders, as they say, are under $200. When they told me that it shipped, I promptly asked for my tracking number. Their response was that I didn't have one since my order was under $200. I called them out for misleading customers and the blatant dishonesty, and asked for them to do the right thing by giving me tracking information. They wasted a whole business day in order to tell me that they dropped it off at the post office already and couldn't change it (however when I first replied to their email it wasn't dropped off yet, the label was just purchased, according to an employee I was not in direct communications with). They purposefully waited a day to tell me no so they couldn't practice the integrity they so proudly advertise. Then, they proceeded to be incredibly rude (so I was rude right back - treat people the way you want to be treated, right? Jfc) and told me that it would take three weeks. I looked up the cost of shipping from there to my address; it is only a $3 difference when paying for tracking. It also takes a maximum of 9 days, not three weeks! They told me I should have paid for Xpresspost if I wanted tracking. But nowhere on their website (and I sent them the screenshots to prove it) does it say that free shipping excludes tracking and Xpresspost does - and that $3 difference would have cost me $15. They literally squeeze money (and trust) from customers as much as humanely possible! I told them that if it doesn't arrive within the 9 business days that Canada Post advertises, then I will have no choice but to file a chargeback because they have zero proof that they shipped the order AND they are being incredibly sneaky and snarky about the whole transaction. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEIR WEBSITE. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT THEIR WORD. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. They will lie to you, manipulate you, and take advantage of you. If by some miracle I do receive it, it will be immediately returned. I will update the review if it is received.

Can't believe this place would be marketing themselves as eco friendly etc. When the clothing is all made in China. Only got 2 stars because the hand made Italian leather boots they carry are so incredible. But I would never buy any clothing from them again. Also the leggings I purchased were completely see through, very thin fabric.

I have been a customer for 2 or 3 years now, & the clothing is the best, what ever I buy is comfortable, very stylish & I just love it. Customer service is excellent, everyone is friendly & they seem to go above & beyond to help. If I could I would give 10 stars. Best company ever. Thank you all very much for a job well done.

Nomads Hemp Wear is the highest quality most comfortable sustainable clothing line I have found yet. The styles are form fitting and flattering, every piece matters.
