I just took my first hot flow class at Yoga Fever and I feel amazing! Brittany did a great job providing proper cues for both poses and breath. The hot flow class is the challenge I’ve been looking for to push me to my next level. The space is so welcoming and peaceful, and the staff couldn’t be more friendly. I can tell after one visit, this is a studio where I can truly grow in my Yoga practice. I’m so excited I found Yoga Fever!

I have been to quite a few yoga studios and have practiced for over 10 years and this is one of the best. The people of Grand Rapids have a great yoga studio tucked away in a trendy neighborhood with lots of cute shops up and down the street. I visited while on a business trip and let me tell you, if I could pick up this studio and take it back to Cleveland/ Cincinnati with me I would. It is very clean and relaxing environment for new and experienced yogis. I would go back in a heart beat. The studio was clean and hot, we practiced with the room at 99 degrees Fahrenheit. It felt amazing especially when you are done with the class and the outside temperature is 25 degrees Fahrenheit. The teacher, Shannon was amazing and adorable, she reminded me of a yoga instructor I had out west. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, if you needed small adjustments in your practice she helped. When someone in the class had a good pose going on she praised them. It was a very relaxing environment and for a 10:30 am class on a Wednesday there were quite a few people but it was not crowded. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to deepen their practice and enjoy a true hot yoga practice.

On my first visit I was greeted with smiles and a welcome. I went to the gentle yoga on Wednesday and Brandie was awesome. She stated that this was a no judgment zone which immediately relaxed me!!
