I recently completed Breathe Yoga Studio's 200 hour Teacher Training Program and my experience was excellent. I recommend it to anyone. All of the program's instructors were very knowledgeable and approachable. Christine, the program director, is a constant source of learning and inspiration. It is obvious Christine truly cares about her students and her passion is infectious. Svitlana and her team have created a beautiful yoga community and I am proud to have graduated from Breathe. My yoga practice was transformed and so was my relationship with myself.

Place is very clean and well organized. Big selection of yoga styles. I was able to find several instructors that I really liked. The only issue is that sometimes the room is too hot even for the "non-heated" classes. Overall - I would recommend this place.

Comfortable atmosphere. Not uptight. Lots of ashtanga. Nice desk staff. Awesome teachers who really help you get better- thanks Shara! If driving, go early in case you have to find parking. Took a while to find a place I like after my old studio closed- SO glad I found Breathe! I always leave happy and can’t wait to come back.

I love the baby and mom yoga classes. Simone is very knowledgeable and supportive and I find the class appropriately challenging for the postnatal body. The relaxed atmosphere of the class allows moms to connect with each other which is just as important as the physical benefits. It is also extremely helpful that there is no class scheduled right after so we can take a few moments to feed, change and get ourselves together without feeling rushed. I recommend this class to anyone with a young baby who lives in Bloor West or the Junction (in fact three ladies I have met in other mom groups are now regulars). Upon leaving the class I always feel so wonderful both physically and emotionally. This feeling of wellness is largely thanks to Simone's positive vibes and calming presence. I just cannot express how important it is for moms to have a place to go to feel connected and comfortable so thank you for providing that place in the community. Please keep this class on the schedule, I would go twice a week if possible!
