Really nice studio but horrible classes. Instructors seem very poorly trained on the fundamentals of yoga. I’m assuming it’s due to a bad teacher training program. I went to a class that was so bad, I just walked out. Horrible cueing for poses and a very unfriendly instructor.

Julia Clare has the BEST boot camp classes-- you won't be disappointed. The yoga classes are also so great, highly recommend yoga six.

This is my “go to” yoga studio in Saint Louis. Great workouts, cute yoga outfits in the shop, and the design interior makes you feel like you are in a spa.

Went from cross fit to yoga and will never go back! Love it here.

I love this place! Classes are a little pricey, but they have such a great variety of classes. And all classes are in somewhat warm rooms, which really helps with stretching. They are also a lot more laid back than bikram yoga when it comes to rules. One downside is the music is too loud in some classes and instructors don't have mics so it's hard to hear instructions if you're in the back of the room. Another downside is that classes can get pretty full and you have to try to not bump into your neighbor while doing poses.
