Shambhala is one of my favorite yoga studios I've ever visited. Deanna has built a warm and safe space for people of all ages and backgrounds to practice. I also love the variation of classes offered (meditation, several different types of yoga, dance, pilates, etc). Furthermore, the price is right!! 10/10 would recommend!

I love Shambhala and have grown in my yoga journey as the studio has grown, inside and outside of its walls. Somehow it always feels like they are offering all of the right things at the right time. It's clean, community oriented and always so peaceful. I also love that they use towels instead of paper towels in the bathroom. It's the small steps that make a big difference. The one thing I would like to see are more sliding scale options but I know that rent is not cheap in the neighborhood!!

I live around the corner from Shambhala and love the studio. The teachers are all wonderful, and the studio is calming and clean. I only wish they offered more classes in the afternoon! Highly recommend.

A great community studio, really friendly and welcoming. Classes are excellent, good variety and schedule is great for pre-work yoga on weekdays. I went for a trial week and it has now become my favourite studio. Highly recommend!
