I signed up for a shapes membership over a year and a half ago and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. The staff here is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed as well as the machines and weights are all cleaned and organized. Hours are great with convenient times for classes and hot yoga as well. Would recommend!

The facility is amazing. It's super clean and the staff, including all the instructors are friendly. The classes are great! They keep you motivated and the instructors are always ready to help you out especially if you're a newbie. They also have all the equipment you need for your workout.

I love the Vermillion Women’s only location. It has all the equipment I need and the women’s only environment makes me feel more comfortable working out. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is tons of parking too. You should check it out 😊

I have been coming to Shapes in Southdale for 10 months and plan to continue for a long time. The best thing I did was sign up for a personal trainer! Cindy has been a super support - giving me confidence and challenging me physically so that I've gained strength (enough so that I was able to go whitewater rafting!) and a new appreciation for my body. I've lost inches and pounds and can't thank Cindy enough for her part in my level of fitness.

I've been coming here since Dec.2017 best decision I have ever made. Dayna has helped me tremendously, always there when you need her and very helpful. Helped me picked my plan with a personal trainer named Lui. He has helped me get back into shape which I am grateful. I have never felt better. I will be staying on here as it's close to home. Thanks Dayna and shapes.
