Ani is the reason I will no longer be attending this facility. Unfortunately she has a very smug and rude attitude. Not being able to explain a policy nicely and just pull the "it's the policy" line when patrons ask a simple question is a pathetic way to handle the front desk. I will also be discouraging friends and family to not attend this place as well. Thank you for the experience. Update: The manager of the facility did reach out to me and the matter was resolved. Thank you!

The Westwood Y has a beautiful design with floods of natural sunlight, quality fitness equipment, a variable-depth pool, hot tub and steam room and a very caring staff with a mission to help the community. This is a great place to attend en familie, as there are a wide variety of programmes, accessibility parking, lifts and equipment, wheelchair ramps, a kid's zone, and intergenerational fitness opportunities. Your Y membership is good everywhere there is a Y, a wonderful benefit!

Love going to the Y here. Just need to keep up with cleaning the bathrooms more frequently.
