The class was good but I couldn’t stand the stench in the studio and especially the rental mats (like stale sweat x100) It literally made me nauseous and I couldn’t enjoy the class. I seriously don’t understand how people didn’t find the smell problematic. I’ve been to yoga vida in other locations and never had this problem but this studio was really rank I’m sorry to say

went to a posnatal class with my 5 months old. We really enjoyed. We could park the stroller inside of the room. There were 6 babies and mommies. The class was nice and the baby enjoyed. There is a nice mix of interaction with the baby. The teacher is great and the environment is relaxed.

One of my favorite yoga studios in the city

I love Yoga Vida. I am vouching this yoga space for their prenatal classes. I have had classes with Claire and Heather and they are both really amazing. They teach you how to relax, how to breath and how to appreciate the change in your body and alleviate your pain or concern. The class is 1.5 hour long and it really helps me relax and zone in to my own world with my baby. If you buy 10 packs, it is $110. This is probably the cheapest you would find in NYC and Queens area. It is also very convenient by Union Square. In addition, I love that they sell Liquiteria juice here! They are so healthy and delicious. I am a happy pregnant mom-to-be here!

A beautiful studio with great instructors. I've enjoyed every class I've taken here. There's no locker room, but there are small changing areas and a nice lounge area outside the studio.
