Just finished a wonderful connected flow class. Our instructor Aimee led us through a challenging but gentle program. The studio itself is clean and bright and very comfortable. Definitely worth a visit

I want to thank Breathing Space Yoga for caring about their clients, over a year ago a joined a 10 week program for beginners and did not listen to my body by pushing myself too hard and I got hurt, I was really looking forward to going back to yoga but realized that I was not going to heal to the point of being able to return, I asked that I be refunded for the classes I did not attent, I was informed that there was an expriy date but due to my circumstances, I was refunded. Thank you very much, I recommend this Yoga Studio, the only advice I have is "listen to your body".

My daughter-in-law brought me to the 10am restorative yoga practice today. It was the first restorative yoga class, or Yin class that I have taken that I enjoyed because it was restful, no music, no persistent chatter, no incense, but simple guidance and a wonderful bowl “singing†at the end. Thank you Kelly for your gentle well presented practice. Pat.

We popped in to this yoga studio while traveling. Instructor was Kelly and we had a great time. Learned some new things and worked out a whole lot of stress. Thanks!
