good amount of equipment and friendly helpful staff. But they have to start organizing or at least forcing people to re-reack their weights. Too many gym rats dropping weights and walking away after quarter squat ego lifting less than their body weight. Also they need to do something about the washrooms, clean it once or twice a week at least.

Been with GoodLife (formerly nobody’s) for over a decade. This new gym was good at first because it was new but if they don’t maintain it the same problems will occur as was the case at the last location at Parkway Mall. The men’s changing room is lacking in space and privacy. The towels are not being thrown out after turning dark from overuse. They opened this nice looking facility but fail to maintain it. If you do have a problem with membership or what not there is never anyone who knows how to help you. They hire people to literally sit on the counter at night. A bit of coaching is needed and better janitorial practices. I like the gym for now but it went from being what I consider a 5 star down to a 3 star because it is not being maintained just like the old one. In a few years it will be a dump if they don’t spend some money. GoodLife is run very cheaply.
