Great to see the new shower wall towers along with the new shower soap dispensers. No issues with cleanliness at this location. Older location but my impression is that the management team are working well to keep everything ship shape! All the folks working here are friendly, helpful and always have a great smile on their faces. Fitness class instructors are motivated, helpful and knowledgable. Note; Easy to fix impression of changing rooms and showers being dirty. Brighten up the lighting. Replace plastic fluorescent light covers. In the changing room replace ceiling tiles and change lights from recessed to fluorescent strip lighting.

Very nice fitness facility. Out dated changing rooms. Sauna and grungy showers. This is the only location I have ever felt less than. I will never forget that experience. The two Goodlife in Saint John are wonderful.
