If you ever need to do any squats or deadlift work AVOID this gym. You'll be waiting over an hour for your turn as everyone comes here. Try another goodlife because you'll just become frustrated and leg day is hard enough already lol

Okay, let me start with asking you a question, what's your favorite time to work out? And how much of a bother I'd it when you've been hard at the creature and food but the gyms are closed? Ah damn, right? Ah damn, I say. Well here at the Mapleton Good-Life you can walk in at any time and work out! That's right, I said anytime (the gym is open 24-hours). And the staff? Well, I'd be filling your stocking with coal if I didn't say that they were excellent as well! After coming back from the battle with the creature downtown many times they have been there to welcome me home! I work with a trainer down there twice a week and then get in to the gym pretty much every other day during the week. It has become an addiction, and my relatively endocrine body is thankful for their presence, and always being flexible with everything regarding my past.

Not a big fan of the 1 year contract that you have to buy out if you want to leave. Also it's overcrowded. The machines and equipment are in good shape but not much room and usually a line up to the machine/equipment you want.

I have been in Moncton for 3 weeks and I have had outstanding service from them ever since. My situation is particular and they have been really helpful. I am surprised to see it this crowed even at 5:30-6:00AM. Definitely a nice gym to go to :)
