J. Brown is living and breathing yoga wisdom to his core. His class is intelligently designed and masterfully delivered. All the benefits of the physical asana gracefully connected to the focus of the mind. High quality yoga!

I feel so welcome everytime I practice here. I love the focus on the breath and feeling good about whatever your body has access to that day. All of their classes are on Class Pass which is nice too! No showers, but they do have changing rooms.

purchased a monthly pass for my sister visiting from India as a gift. She loved the classses. Every teacher here is experienced and know what they are doing. The classes duration are well suited to complete a class and come out relaxed. This place is highly recommended.

I came here finally... I have been passing this gem for years. Always saying I have to go. Finally saw a Groupon. And I went for it. Loved the first class but wanted to find out the different yogas. Got another groupon for a hot yoga. I finished the 90 minute class walked out and never went back. I must say for me this is the yoga that I love. I want to go back. And I plan on to as many times as I can.

A Studio which offers therapuetic yoga classes. Unlike some yoga classes the teachers emphasize adjusting the pses to your ability. The classes strongly emphasize the coordination of breath with movement which facilitates an energizing and relaxing experience. The teachers are knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming
