So ... as with most people, I’ve tried various exercise classes over the years. In every case I didn’t stick with any of them for any length of time. Last July I tried Orange Theory Fitness at the encouragement of my husband and my best friend who had both tried it and lived it. Well ... I’m still going and today I finished my 90th class. Huge thank you to my many supporters and each and every coach there! All have be nothing but encouraging and supportive. Here’s to many more classes!!!

I have been a member of the OTF Studio in St. John's Newfoundland for over one year and this is by far the most motivating workout format I have ever done and the most committed I have been to continuing. Coaches and staff are spectacular and extremely helpful. If you are new to exercising, in a rut with your current fitness program, or need a challenging, structured and well coached group based 1 hour workout combining strength, endurance, power, and cardio, Orangetheory Fitness if the place for you. Look forward to seeing you there.

My very first free session already helped me lose 486 calories and I actually saw an awesome change in my energy and body form. I feel great so I signed up to continue my goal. To get my long lost energy to gain a better metabolism in my body and to be in greater health and better shape. Thank you.
