You have to try this place, I went to few yoga studios in Montreal, but Yoga Sangha tops it all, especially if you have a chance to do a class with Sylvie or at least meet her, you will never find someone like her, that’s a promise..It changed my life, her energy lifts your mood regarless the way you feel, after you leave her class you will feel energized and your mood will SHIFT to a better one!!!!! Highly recommended!

Amazing location and the owner has truly a gift. If you have a chance to attend a class led by Sylvie, you'll never forget it. They also offer special beginners classes but i don't recommend this place for beginners. Even the classes they claim are for everyone are fairly advanced and there's no time to adapt. This studio is great if you're an advanced practicioner. All profs are great except Kathya. I went to one of her classes and she was had no patience for my minimal skill. Would not recommend her at all.

I stayed in Montreal for one month and attended the studios two to three times a week. Every session was well organised, welcoming and all the tutors provide informative, personalised feedback during and after the session. All the equipment you need is there, including supportive straps and blocks. I have advanced in my practice over the last month, and I am so grateful to the team at Yoga Sangha for providing a motivating and relaxing atmosphere to grow in.

One of the best and most organized yoga studios in Montreal. A variety of select teachers catering for all levels and styles. I love it!
