Top shelf establishment. Instructors that are incredibly qualified, make every class amazing. Sometimes when I get to the studio for a class and another one is also happening, it’s hard to pick. Because every one is an hour of my life that I am thankful for. Thank you.

I have enjoyed 15 classes at Modo Yoga now. I love the quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The facilities are clean and the instructors are always so welcoming. I was hesitant, being fairly new to the practice, but the instructors and the members are non-judgmental and friendly. I always feel so grateful when I leave.

A friend recommended Modo Yoga. After 15 minutes in the Yin class with Amie I remembered how wonderful it felt to just take care of me. Close my mind off to the outside world. Anyone that has loved Yoga and lost touch with it, I highly recommend Modo Yoga as a return to Yoga.

I have attended five classes at Modo Bedford and thoroughly enjoyed them all. The instructors that have taught so far move at a pace that is just right. I don't feel like I am struggling to keep up, and I also don't feel like we are moving too slowly. The location is great and the bathrooms are always clean. I would recommend to experienced yogis and newbies alike!

I’ve purchased a 10 class pass and have gone to a few hot yoga classes so far and have loved it! The instructors do a great job at making sure you feel comfortable and teaching you how to do moves properly.
