Towel service is dead here and now the showers are off on the weekend, along with the sauna. Bring your own towel even if you have a "Full Service" membership do not expect anything special here. The place can feel cramped even with a relatively small amount of gym goers. Keep expectations low, prepare to use the sinks to shower on the weekend, pack your own towel and you'll be ok.

This GoodLife is okay for the size of the town (New Glasgow). The issues that I have noticed are the removal of Towel Services for members who have paid for it (no reduction in rate, although this falls under the national plan so that's understandable if you use other locations) the very dark weightroom, and they have now shut the saunas off on the weekends. On top of this, as of today (May 12th), this is the third weekend in a row without running showers. This is turning into a joke. The staff are generally courteous and friendly, with clean facilities. If you are used to city GoodLife gyms, you will be very underwhelmed as this location looks nothing like most others in layout or size.

Great Variety of Cardio Equipment, Virtual Classes, Ample free weights and anerobic machines. Multiple spaces including womens room, studio, spin room, sauna. Great environment and best of all 24/7 hours.

Tried to call and ask about service but an employee picked up the phone, and hung up immediately. Tried to call back and it sent me to an automated mesaage. You'll be hearing from my lawyers.
