I couldn't speak more highly of this yoga studio. All the instructors are so kind and helpful. The classes range from great ones for beginners (Carrie Sage's are really informative while being just challenging enough) to really difficult ones (Cassandra Marcon's Saturday class is by far my favourite because of its difficulty and I find it leaves me in an amazing mood. Miriana Simpraga's classes are incredibly challenging, but well worth it). I find all the class times to be convenient, the space is welcoming and calming. Highly recommend trying out this studio whether beginning or more advanced in your practice.

Prenatal classes - too much talking not enough yoga :( Save your trip out it’s better to spend a few more bucks and get a full yoga class. I did the intro special thankfully and only made it to 3 classes. 1st class was a Tuesday, where the first half was dedicated to intros and personal experiences, which left only 30mins for yoga. I provided my feedback to the owner (super nice btw), and the week after 2nd Tues class had 45mins of yoga. I came back 3rd time for the Thurs class, waited 20mins for the class to start, when it did there was another even longer talk and story session, which only left 20mins for yoga. The instructors are good and experienced, super nice, but it’s just not worth it if you’re looking for a proper yoga class. I chose to go back to Yoga Mamas and other locations instead.
