I have taken many classes all over Ontario and am always pleasantly surprised when I find an outstanding yoga studio in a place outside Toronto. In fact, most of the places outside Toronto rival most of the yoga studios in Toronto since many of the latter seem intent on pumping students through the system without regard for their health, safety and proper performance of asanas. So I was greatly pleased and satisfied to find Moksha Yoga in Guelph. The staff is friendly, the changing rooms clean, the studios nicely hot and the classes small. Best of all are the instructors who aren’t rushed, who guide yogis through the practice with helpful descriptions of what should be aligned where, slow transitions allowing one to set up properly, and many variations to account for personal variances in ability, injuries, and yoga knowledge. I would highly recommend this studio not only for the above reasons but also because they are centrally located in downtown Guelph so access is easy.

I’ve been to a few of Moksha’s locations and this one is full of character and wonderful people. Very been disappointed, especially when Debbie is leading the session!

Purchased a monthly membership and yoga mat over a year ago. Many class types and times. Yogi’s can adjust the poses to their ability and staff and facilities are just perfect. Would recommend arriving 15 mins before class to find parking if you drive.
