Definitely the best gym in Milton! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around in general. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe! The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations Fitness Etc has to offer! The facility is also always in immaculate condition whether that be cleanliness or equipment!

Great facility with a fantastic community of members. Attentive and personable staff and management that have gone above and beyond with their service many times. I came out of the gym in the winter to a powerless car battery. A staff member cared for my child in their daycare while one of the owners helped boost my vehicle. Thank you Fitness Etc.

Solid , not crowded either when you go in off times. Good workout vibe too , I switched from a cheaper gym, worth the change

Not too big not too small just right. If you want a pool go elsewhere. This is where real trainers train. Got kids great they have a daycare. Remember it's 90minute limit for daycare so get your sit in order... 😁 Great staff, great lessons. I hope to see place invested in a little more. Steam room now works more often than not. Remember to press STOP twice on treadmills to reset it from previous user. They are not defective treadmills its user error.

Pros: Some helpful staff at front desk no hassles even when I lost my tag etc. All kinds of non weightlifting equipment for movement like, rope, rings, sleds, tire, boxing, bikes, tanning, table tennis, etc. Excellent location Lots of parking off peak Large rooms Clean except for the washrooms for the most part Annual parties Lots of equipment Daycare Great PT options Not so much: Some self absorbed front desk staff they say bye to you as they are forced to but the lack of sincerity is blatant A bit pricey for a gym without a pool or gymnasium. HVAC issues- as the building is an old warehouse it was never designed to support the amount of heat generated and it is hot and humid in the summer when its busy and drafty and cold around the single pane windows in the winter. Weight area is crowded with machines and has an layout that could use review. When PT classes are run you have to walk over and around people and stuff on the floor or use the walkway to the outside. The washrooms - I don't use the shower etc. for concerns about health safety. A few regulars that leave stuff on equipment and or talk of the phone etc. wasting time and breaking the flow of your work out Owners are there a lot but don't recognize or even say hello to members that have been there for years and don't deal with problematic members as far as I can tell. Broken treadmills - They started out with pro looking magnums and they were broken so much they could not even keep up with putting signs on them with as many as a third of them down at a given time. They replaced with some new again not prime units with a narrow belt. Overall I enjoy going there and for a privately owned gym it is very good.
