I have attended a few classes at the flying yogi and have thoroughly enjoyed them! They offer a great variety of classes that are suitable for a variety of levels. Class sizes are normally small and the teachers are very knowledgeable and attentive. The Intro to Suspension class is a great way for anyone interested in suspension yoga to get a feel for it. I can't wait to attend more classes!

This is so much fun! Great if you have injuries and want to take the weight off. Great if you want to work it harder and do more with your practice. And the best thing is the shavasanah at the in a hammock! Love love love it!

Instructor for private lesson was really helpful and made the experience enjoyable! She took the time to ensure we had the proper form and even took photos of us! However the rest of the other staff were not so welcoming; the payment method was difficult for my friend who booked it; otherwise a good flying yogi experience!

Excellent experience, this studio was my introduction to suspension yoga and the instructor was very helpful. The class was accessible for yogis of all levels with many variations of different poses. Would highly recommend!

I did the intro suspension workshop twice, once with a Groupon (that's how I found it) and second time brought a friend. It was so much fun! Didn't dig into my skin like aerial yoga, which I've tried previously. Definitely recommend.
