I switched from Snap Fitness to GoodLife in Brockville and have no regrets. This place has everything you need, except for the fact that they could add another squat rack and a punching bag. Aside from that, the equipment is usually always available. The place is always clean and the staff is very friendly, which is the highlight of the place. Subscriptions are also dirt cheap and it's very convenient to have the Superstore downstairs for groceries. Yeah sure the men's bathroom could use a shower but I don't see the thrill in using public showers. I guess it could be useful for people having to go to work after their workout or during winter to dry up. It's also limited in terms of "Instagram Fitness Models", which is great. I only have seen one Corset so far.

Wonderful and kind staff. A tad small in spaces. Your backed to back with some using a machine behind you

Ok gym but staff turnover has led to new hires. A few of the staff are quite pleasant and friendly however a couple of them are lacking personality/professionalism. Example I said see you later guys to two of the new male staff at the desk both heard me and one says have a good one and the other guy just glances at me and says nothing. Leave the attitude/ego at home dude. Equipment is pretty good as there is basically everything you need here to have a good workout. Grips on dumb bells arent any good though. Also benches aren't the best but adequate. Stationary equipment is good. Creating a little better atmosphere and installing showers would go a long way in increasing the clientele especially with Planet Fitness coming soon

High tech equipment I been around good life fitness all over Canada so this is a small place for a small town like this not bad but a bit to small. And the biggest down part no shower common it's very important. In the men's room there is no shower. In the morning there is no much traffic here. So not that's bad. But they need to put a shower in there. I added a few pic from the out side to inside have a look and enjoy.
