My wife and I went for a year and it was good. The problems started when we decided to cancel. Despite providing written notice of cancellation as instructed, we continued to be billed for two memberships. Multiple calls and emails would get a refund, but then we would be charged again the following month. Currently still dealing with this mess on a monthly basis with no end in sight. May have to escalate to the credit card company as no amount of calling or emailing or assurances we get from Modo gets results. Beware.

Friendly staff, great teachers, clean change rooms and hot yoga room. Each class is somewhat different based on the instructor which is great for variety. Some really great instructors here who offer challenging and fun workouts.

Coming from the point of view who someone is a good athlete but not very into Yoga I had a blast with this. The website is OK basically you book your class online... You can do 1 session for $20 which is good for me because ill probably go twice monthly a the most. The class was awesome the room was hot and the instructor Cameron was informing me how to correctly do the posses it is challenging but attainable for a guy. Just want to write a couple things for you guys to keep in mind 1) the Studio is in an office, it can be a little hard to find. just go in the front door 2) Book online and book early, I forget the class I did i think its called Modo and it was perfect challenge for me 3) The have showers 4) The website can be a bit confusing but you and pre pay for a class. I recommend doing a drop in for $20 before committing monthly for $99 5) Its pretty challenging between the heat and the posses. I hadn't done Yoga for about 2 years.. Keep in mind im athletic but it was the perfect amount of difficulty. I will be back, seems like its the only hot yoga studio in Pickering Ajax?

Been coming here for 2 years now and loving the studio more and more each time. The teachers and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Talk to them before and after the class if you have any concerns. The hot yoga series are challenging yet flexible. The place is age and gender friendly and I love seeing a diverse class. If you sign up for an account on the online booking system, you can even earn points and trade for class or yoga wear. If you are still unsure, get the intro month pass for a great deal.
