My first class at Modo Brooklin was my first hot yoga class. I found it easy to follow and the teacher was aware that I was new to yoga and watched to make sure I was following along and helped when I didn't have the pose quite right. Have been to many classes at this studio since and every experience was great and the teachers are kind and helpful.

Great class, so-so vibes. Really wonderfully taught class and very clean, presentable studio. Felt almost like a storefront or display than a comfortable, relaxing place. Their "respect the silence" practice seems to extend beyond the class. Made the experience feel very strict and kind of uncomfortable. Didn't feel like the teachers or staff cared to connect with myself or my other visitor before or after class.

The positive peaceful vibe in this studio can not be overstated... I'm overweight and am self conscious about doing yoga but I receive only genuine positive consciousness from the staff and community... teachers are very knowledgable and offer varying difficulties of poses to include all levels.

MOKSH IS MY BESTFRIEND THAT I POISENED

I love the experience when you are able to get into the class! Wonderful instructors, excellent class variety, friendly staff. However, if your desire is to do restorative yoga or yin yoga (more stretching and flexibility) it's nearly impossible to access the classes. If you just show up, there is no room for you and you are recommended to sign up online. If you try to sign up online, you will find that all the spots are taken. I love it, but if I can't get into my classes, what am I paying for? I tried calling to leave feedback, but no luck.
