I've been to a few classes at this studio. The teachers are excellent! However, the practice rooms are small dark with no windows. Feels like I'm in a basement. When the classes are full, it feels claustrophobic. Also no change room or shower. Parking is limited, especially when busy. I wouldn't consider this a traditional yoga studio. Their main focus is the clothing store, wine bar, followed by their relaxing gentle yoga studio. The demographic is 40+. So if you are health conscious and looking for a serious work-out this place is not for you. If you just want to unwind after a hard day, then it's good. Lastly, the classes are very expensive for what you are getting, with only one promotion during the summer months, which I still think is expensive. There are better places to practice yoga.

From one business owner to another your customer service is amazing! Called today on Mother’s day last minute as they were closed. The owner answered and went out of her way to her way to and set aside a Gift Card for me to pick up. Thank You!!

What a fabulous experience! Invigorating, yet relaxing Yoga classes followed by first-class wine selections, coffee or even just an herbal tea; all alongside a light snack in the comfortable, beautiful lounge. I'll definitely be back!
