I began to practise yoga with Master Ramanan at the Insudhar Yoga Studio some seven months ago. While I came with an open mind, I could not anticipate the remarkable wealth of benefits I now enjoy. My posture, balance and flexibility have improved substantially. I am stronger and getting toned. My breathing in enhanced and I am better able to focus on the moment at hand. I am calmer. Every session presents new challenges and I can clearly feel continuous improvements. Master Ramanan is a consummate and patient teacher and healer. He knows intuitively when and how to press the student to improve his or her efforts, each according to their own abilities. His studio is a peaceful, comfortable and accepting environment. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone of any age alone or in concert with other physical activities you may enjoy. It will only enhance your life. Sincerely, Jane Toporowski
