This is a great location, really clean with friendly front desk staff. The General Manager takes pride in the gym and the equipment and amenities are in good shape. Overall great atmosphere.

I recently put my membership and personal training on hold due to medical reasons. When complications from a surgery arose and I contacted them about my permanent dietary limitations that I felt would put my health and safety at risk to use my remaining pre-paid personal training sessions, I asked GoodLife for a refund of those sessions. Head office directed me to the club and the club managers I spoke to directed me back to head office. When contacting head office again, they directed me yet again back to the club and told me that they do not refund sessions. I do not feel comfortable supporting this business, and I will never deal with them again.

Spoke to the general manager at this location for an issue I had with my membership. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. He told me he couldnt help resolve my issue because it's against company policy. I called up head office and they resolved my issue without hesitation, and were extremely helpful(Despite the GM saying even the head office cant do anything). This new GM needs training on how to talk and treat members. I've been enjoying going to this gym, but my interaction with this GM made me extremely upset. I hope that Goodlife will retrain him on customer service and company policies!

I have been training with Darien at GoodLife Ajax Rossland, I can tell you he is one of the best trainers I have ever have. He is very understanding and sympathetic with the hardships of working out. He pushes me harder than I have ever worked and I am extremely motivated by Darien on a constant basis. He is concerned about both physical and mental health wellness. I have seen massive changes to my body composition, feel better about myself, feel more confident in the gym and with workouts, and have a better relationship with food.
