After I made a complaint. The manager followed up my complaints. He was very nice. He will correct the front deck service. It s very fun place and good for kids and adults.

Really fun. Good for beginners & also for people that just want to try bouldering for fun. Staff was friendly & other climbers were helpful as well. Overall a great environment!

Visiting the hub is a one of a kind experience. The climbs are fun and a great way to spend time with family and friends. I would definitely recommend visiting the hub.

I've never had a problem at the Hub. They go through a thorough orientation to get any climber up to speed on safety and beginner techniques, after that it's really up to you. There's a broad range of difficulties to attempt and the walls switch up every so often so they're never the same. This is an easy going atmosphere, and I've never met anyone who wasn't friendly. Prices are okay for a membership but if you're looking to climb constantly then I recommend you buy your own pair of climbing shoes instead of renting.

Great climbing gym! Dynamite route setters for bouldering and top-rope. Nice and clean, and equipment is checked for safety on a routine basis. Staff is friendly and fun.
