My yoga home away from home! I live in Grand Rapids, but spend a fair amount of time in Metro Detroit. I struggled a bit to find a yoga studio that felt like a good fit for me, but 359 Yoga is definitely it! From the first time I came into the studio, I have felt welcomed by the staff, and have had the chance to attend classes with several excellent instructors. Highly recommend!

I have truly enjoyed the yoga classes I have taken here. The Yin Meditation is so relaxing and just what is called for at the end of the week when I want to unwind. The instructors are all warm, inviting, and very helpful. I am new to yoga and found their guidance comforting. Their rates are slightly higher than some of the other local yoga studios, but they have frequent sales and excellent deals for seniors, students, and military personnel.

I have attended 3 classes. Each class I have had a different instructor. All 3 have been excellent. Nice studio, hot yoga is HOT. I have not practiced hot yoga but am enjoying it.
