I have been taking yoga at Living Waters for over a year now and I can't begin to express my love for it. Sarah has such a love for the Lord and exercise it just shines through. My spirit gets refreshed, my mind renewed and my body is being restored to its own working and functioning capability!! Praise the Lord, at age 63 I am getting better and better thanks to this ministry. I am a MUCH satisfied and grateful patron. God bless you all at Living Waters, Nancy :)

Very good at recentering mind and body. Focus on giving thanks to our Father. Love the scripture at the beginning and end of the class. Music is wonderful.
