I don’t even know if this store deserves a full star... personally, as being a manager of a business myself I am disappointed on how such a “prestigious” and well know store like this is run. The shorts I bought didn’t fit and they wouldnt let me return them, exchange them, or even get store credit. The lady who “helped” me acted as if she was better than me and she had better things to do. Will be letting friends and family know this isn’t an ideal place to spend money

Coming from a person who spends there money here a lot the Customer service here is AWFULL. All workers give attitude and dirty looks. Only a couple female workers are very sweet other than that the rest of the workers are here just to get the discount for working there. Also good luck with exchanging or returning here they are so PETTY.

Walked into the store and a girl instantly helped me find a gift. Helped me with sizing ..gave me informative knowledge about fabrics and fit. She litteraly was amazing. A little over energized, but she was great. My one star, is for the cash wrap area. Sloppy ,employees gossiping, the actual girl that checked me out was SO rude. Rolling of the eyes ,talking over me and the company I was with. Not sure what makes her above customers? You are there to be polite and helpful in assisting customers in an enjoyable shopping experience. I suggest if being a fully functional contibruting employee in assisting customers is a tad bit to much for you, maybe consider another line of work, or possibly stocking and inventory with less contact with customers would be warranted.

I have to say, I read the reviews of this particular store before going and it made me very nervous..however, I experienced something very different than what most ppl that left reviews did. All the employees were lovely, and helpful! I tried on a million different things, needed different sizes etc and everyone was so friendly and happy to help me! I will gladly be returning to this store!
