Went in looking for a cute bag (I saw them online and wanted to check them out in person) and immediately felt out of place. I don't do yoga, I was literally in there for a bag and a sales associate followed me through the whole store asking me if I did yoga, if I would ever consider yoga, how she enjoys hot yoga, how everyone says yoga is boring at first but it gets better... okay I get it! She seriously never left my side after I told her I was just looking. I'm not sure if she thought I was a thief or something? One thing I can't stand while shopping is being stalked by employees after I've made it clear that I don't need any assistance. Walked right out of there and don't plan on returning anytime soon.

The sales associate that helped me was amazing. She called 3 stores and located the item for me and had it shipped to my home and found several other intems in store for me! Top Notch help and staff.

I love lululemon A2! Not only is the quality top-notch, but this store is constantly engaging in community events. They go above and beyond to be more than a retail store - they work with local gyms, build relationships with guests, and are constantly coming up with creative events to host in-store and around Ann Arbor.

Went here to buy some clothes for the boyfriend and the girls there were extremely helpful. Everyone was kind and they welcomed me. They didn’t hover but they didn’t leave me hanging. I have hundreds of items from this store and the products never fail me.

The associates in this store are the rudest people ive ever encountered through lululemon. Me and my wife both spend hundreds bi weekly with lululemon and we now will only buy online through their app. The associates not only follow us through the store, they act as if they are folding clothes and stand right next to us repeatedly asking the same “can I help” question even when we state over and over “we’re just looking I’ll ask if we need help”. Me and my wife both look young however we are 38 and we’re treated like 16 year old kids looking to steal clothes when we walk in there. It’s gotten so bad that if we do walk into this store to make a purchase and they start consistently following us and asking us how they can help we begin to get rude with the associates. In the last 6 months we’ve started only using the store for returns. I truly would suggest buying online before giving this store any sales and just using the store for returns.
