I did hot yoga energize last night and I LOVED IT. Brendine was the instructor and it was such a nice environment. It was my first ever yoga class and she offered lots of variations so that everyone could work where they’re comfortable whether they were new or had a little more experience. (Bring a towel - there will be a literal waterfall of sweat coming off our body)

I love attending classes at samatva. Lots of variety in classes, especially over lunch time. Mat storage is great. The renovated spaces are clean, tidy, and great places to practice. Instructors are very knowledgeable and each brings their own set of talents. Worth trying out!

Gorgeous modern space for practicing both hot and room temperature yoga. All of the instructors are well educated, friendly and happy to support you in any way they can. Many even go through the poses with you during the class and they discuss ways to make the poses more challenging. The schedule provides a number of classes throughout the day, from early morning to late in the evening. There's also free parking which is a bonus! Some classes do fill up quickly, so come at least fifteen minutes early. I would highly recommend practicing here. I have yet to have a negative experience.

No showers, yes that is correct, there are no showers at this hot yoga studio. I've practice in almost 80 studio's all over the world and I have never seen or even heard of a hot studio with no showers. Basically had to wash the sweat off from a public sink. To say I was shocked would be an understatement.
