Bikram Yoga Barrie has changed my life! Having never done yoga of any kind before, I came with an open mind prepared to work hard (just like the class descriptions recommend for beginners) and have been obsessed ever since. The teachers are so incredibly knowledgeable, kind, positive and inspiring. There is an overwhelming positive energy felt as soon as you walk through the doors. I am constantly learning knew things about yoga /poses, anatomy & physiology, spirituality, meditation, self love and more thanks to BYB. I'm so grateful that Bikram Yoga Barrie is a part of my life. Thanks for all that you do!!!

The studio is bright and clean, and the yoga room is hot, the perfect combination! Bikram yoga is the most beneficial pain relief available and without it I would have surely become addicted to painkillers. I still have pain but it no longer seems inescapable. Yoga is hard work but it improves your quality of life so much, it is well worth it!

This yoga studio is so beautiful, the staff Are so very open and friendly and really go out of your way to make the attendees feel welcome: it’s almost like a family feeling. It’s nice to see the studio trying to be as green as it can be. The heat is pleasant and I love how clean the Bikram studio is. I look forwards to coming back again in the future.

I love the deep stretching in the Yin yoga class. It really helps keep my back and hip pain under control!
