TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! (I WOULD GIVE IT 0 STARS IF I COULD) I just wanted to start this by saying that I have never written a review for a store before, but my experience at this Lululemon location was so bad that I needed to share it. I am a big fan of Lululemon's leggings and recently needed to exchange a pair that I bought as I did not like the way the length of them looked on me. I spoke to one of the workers who I thought would help me find a solution to my problem. Instead I was met with extremely short closed ended responses which only discouraged me and made me feel unwelcome in her store. I decided to move past this and asked a few questions about the fit of another pair as they have stretched out since I first purchased them and no longer stay up on my waist. She explained to me that I shouldn't have gotten this size because of the compression of the fabric. I tried to explain to her that when I tried the smaller size I could not fit them over my thighs, but she continued to cut me off and explain the fabric situation. I know that this does not capture the frustration and hostility I felt at this location, but I do hope that it pushes people to purchase from other locations if possible. As a retail worker myself, it hurts me to see that this staff member was not willing to work with me and listen to my concerns about the products so that I could find a solution to my problems and feel confident about my purchase. I will no longer be visiting or purchasing anything from this location ever again. I do not feel welcome here, nor do I trust that my questions will be answered in a respectful and positive way. There is only one more thing that I want to mention which is that I need to highlight the amazing conversation I had with one employee a few days earlier. I do not remember her name but she was a yoga instructor and had long brown wavy hair. She offered me amazing workout advice on how to stretghen my core and I really appreciated the time she took to focus on me and my needs outside of the clothes I was looking at.

This location has the worst customer service!! I have been calling for 3 days to speak with someone because I bought a pair of 98.00 about a month and a half and there is already a rip! I drove from Toronto to Newmarket just to get the exact same pair and the girl tells me there’s nothing she can do because I must have ripped them !! By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered !! I was a sales manager for a few years and I would never let a customer leave with a ripped pair of a hundred dollar leggings they just purchased !! This store has completely lost my business !! THEY ARE THE WORST!!
