In celebration of my one year anniversary of practicing yoga at Yoga in Sewickley, I wanted to express my gratitude by sharing my positive experience in hopes that others may benefit as well. After just one class, I realized this was exactly what I needed and exactly where I needed to be. After one year, the benefits cannot be understated. The instructors consistently display a unique depth of knowledge, significant experience and thoughtful expertise. The more I research the subject of yoga, the more I am impressed with the comprehensive scope of their wisdom, the practicality of their teaching methods that honor and respect individual needs and the warm and welcoming environment they actively promote. Yoga in Sewickley is a true asset to the Sewickley community.

Yoga in Sewickley is a special place for all level yogis. The owner Sharon is so knowledgeable, very hands on and her practice will challenge your body, mind and spirit. Her team of teachers are also very knowledgeable and encouraging. Each teacher brings a unique perspective and discipline. No matter what your ability you are welcomed to come just as you are, in whatever moment of your life; the way it should be. You will leave Yoga in Sewickley feeling accomplished, renewed and at peace. I encourage all to come practice at Yoga in Sewickley. It's a true gift to the community! Namaste.

Teachers at Yoga in Sewickley are well versed in many disciplines of yoga. There are a variety of classes and times with a friendly atmosphere. I have been attending here for over 10 years and the teachers keep it fresh and frequently ask the class if they have an area they would like to concentrate on. They help with adjustments, sometimes apply oils and have wonderful, guided final relaxation pose.

I have been practicing here regularly for almost a year after a long hiatus after the birth of my daughter. This is by far my favorite studio due to the wide array of teaching styles, classes offered and the fact that there are no mirrors! I had no idea how much of a positive effect that would have on my practice to be able to just close my eyes, listen to the instruction and feel my body in the poses. I'm so glad to have found Yoga in Sewickley. Haley Lawson

I have been practicing Yoga in this area for over 10 years and this has become one of my favorite studios in the Pittsburgh area. If you are looking to build a practice that builds on well known yoga lineages this is the place for you. If you are just looking to move and sweat a lot then a hot studio may better suit your needs.
