I was looking for a yoga studio that does NOT do hot yoga, and I found the perfect place! I love Amma Yoga. The environment is so warm, welcoming, comfortable, and calming. The instructors are lovely and I like how they have mats set up for everyone with all the equipment required for the class by the time you get into the studio, but you can bring your own mat too if you wish. The $20 unlimited pass for a two-week trial is excellent value. Would highly recommend Amma Yoga to anyone who wants to do yoga, at any level - beginner to more experienced.

The first time I attended a yoga class, it was for prenatal yoga. The space is fantastic, warm and welcoming. I have now been going there for almost 3 years now and love every moment. I particularly like the Mom and Baby Yoga and Moms and Movers yoga. You get to do some yoga with your little ones in tow and the instructors and other patrons help one another. It is a warm environment where you can connect with other moms and parents and is a space that is for the whole family!

I just finished a Restorative session with Sandra after some time.away from classes. Her calm.and motivational manner gave me the confidence that I needed to challenge my body as the healing process continues. Thank you Sandra. Thank you Amma Studio.

No men's only yoga with a male instructor. One small mention where Dad's are welcome, thanks for the footnote. One, not all men are Dad's and two, most men would be intimidated to be in a room full of women doing yoga. Especially any that are out of shape and insecure about themselves. Hard to be manly while your gut is hanging out doing yoga in front of women in yoga pants who've been doing yoga for years and years.
