Big Bliss is an amazing studio! The atmosphere is warm, and very uplifting. The instructors are insightful, and are more than eager to help with techniques if you feel like you are not getting it. The classes are fun, the music is great, and even the other members are so kind. Just a great sense of community and support. Whether it's barre or yoga, they are welcoming at any level. 100% recommend checking them out!

Wonderful studio, barre classes are great!! Wish prices were a bit more reasonable and there was more flexibility with class schedules (most of the ones I want are too late at night) but overall a great asset to the area.

It was alright. The hot yoga was more like warm yoga. On some days I'd say it was even cold yoga. They have a small heater in the studio rooms. Don't think it's sufficient to heat the room up to the average of 33 deg C for hot yoga. Also, you can feel cold air seeping in from the windows and exterior walls. The building enclosure system isn't very efficient.

Big Bliss is an amazing studio located in Downtown Kitchener. The studio offers an ample amount of parking and a lot of variety in classes. The “Warm Candlelight Deep Stretch” with Rebecca was a great experience. You leave the studio feeling refreshed and with a sense of mindfulness!
