You'll love the vibe of kindness, self-love and acceptance at QSY. The instructors are patient, creative and authentic. The studio is bright and spacious with lots of props available. Definitely the best studio in the region!

Super place to go for a class, staff are great; it’s a really homey feeling studio. They have great beginner classes and advanced sessions as well. 10/10 would recommend

Great yoga studio. I am so glad to have found a non-heated yoga studio. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Very inclusive space. Always lots going on at the studio.

The most community-oriented, inclusive, and thoughtful yoga studio. If you are looking for diverse courses, amazing teachers, and to be surrounded by friendly people, this is the spot!

I have taken classes several times a week at QSY since 2010 and my only regret is not having found this amazing community earlier! Through many changes and evolutions in style, focus, personnel, facilities, etc., the constant thread has been to guide each and every student to discover their most authentic and expansive personal practice. Every class presents me with challenge, affirmation, energy, self-knowledge and good old-fashioned sweat. QSY is an abundant part of my life.
