I recently started going to Midtown Yoga and I love it! I do the inferno hot pilates classes which are great because you get the benefits of the hot room and a different workout every time. All of the instructors are super positive and motivational. They have a variety of different class times and I can always find a spot! I would definitely recommend this studio😊.

Midtown is an amazing place. The variety of classes provides excellent opportunity to work on strength, flexibility, mobility, stamina, weight loss, muscle tone/gain, and mental health benefits. There are also unique workshop classes to deep dive into one’s practice or complement general well being and nutrition. The owner, Rebecca, along with all staff are amazing. You’ll be encouraged want to keep coming back. Would highly recommend this place!

I can't express enough how much I enjoy the classes at Midtown Yoga! Whether it's a 60-minute or 90-minute yoga or Pilates session, I always leave feeling incredibly light, refreshed, and giddy. The intensity of the workouts brings a satisfying sweat, and the detoxifying benefits are incomparable. My last Pilates class was everything—the music, Rebecca's energy, and the exercises were incredible! The yoga is the most therapeutic experience. Each of their classes leaves my mind and body relaxed and rejuvenated. This studio truly takes care of my wellness, well-being, and self-care. The feeling you get when you walk out of a class is like no other and is addictive. Trust me when I say, try it!

I have been attending Midtown for several years. I absolutely love this place and the wonderful oasis midtown has become for me. The owner puts a lot of thought and care into creating a wonderful experience for each member. I appreciate so many things at the studio. To name a few : The energy exchange program which provides away to participte in taking care of the beautiful studio . Flexible membership options that fit your financial abilities. Positive and knowledgeable instructors that pour into their students each and every class.Challenging classes that help you grow in the areas of mobility, strength, flexibility, stamina and mental endurance. A variety of classes that can be modified and tailored to your physical abilities. It is an inclusive environment where anyone and everyone is welcomed. I practice both the Bikram yoga and also attend the hot pilates classes. Both of these classes Challenge my body and mind in different ways and leave me feeling rejuvenated. There is a place for you at Midtown Yoga.

My wife and I have been members here for over a year and we absolutely love it! Rebecca does an amazing job running the shop. From the schedule, to the variety of classes, amazing instructors, extra circulars and schedule of classes. From when i first started this journey a year ago, the physical and mental differences i am seeing for myself has been game changing. This has given me a chance to work on some things that were neglected over the years, like fat loss, balance and flexibility. If you’re thinking of trying it out, i highly recommend it!
