I am a physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience in the Guelph community. Once my patients have reached full recovery, it is important to have them continue with an exercise program that will keep them from re-injuring themselves (or at least prevent them from falling into the same bad habits that we worked hard at correcting). Sue Nash and her team at Body Innovations, are trainers I trust for this critically important post rehabilitation fitness. In addition to referring patients, I have also personally participated in many classes and programs at Body Innovations. Sue Nash and her entire team are very knowledgeable and fully dedicated to the well-being of all their clients. From the one-on-one classes to exercises in groups, Body Innovation always provides quality services. Other things my patients and I appreciate about Sue and the team at Body Innovations, are their attention to detail, and their determination to make a difference in the lives of all their clients.

Sue Nash is the best! I'm an 80 year old triathlete competing in the World Triathlon Finals in September this year in Rotterdam. Sue with her twice weekly sessions with me, helps me keep my core strong and keeps me stretching to prevent injury. Our goal is the Podium in Rotterdam!
