The retreat that Christine led was so much fun! She is a fabulous instructor who modifies each class to how the participants are feeling. I highly recommend going on a retreat or attending any class she is teaching!! The Belize retreat was full of adventure and we all had time for other activities like paddle boarding, swimming, or reading on the beach!!

I have been practicing with Christine for a few years now and she ALWAYS makes my yoga experience new and exciting. Christine, challenges my yoga skills while allowing my mind and body to find its rhythm- pure bliss. I am grateful for her classes and hope to join her on a retreat within the next year. Anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice please reach out to Christine, she is just incredible.

Christine is a stellar yoga teacher. She understands her yogis and differentiates depending their needs. She is also versatile in her teachings and loves to add a new challenge. Her retreats are fabulous, in a week your practice is so much stronger... guaranteed! I go out of my way to always be at her classes:) Thank you Christine

Christine is a superb yoga instructor. I started attending her Yoga for stiff dudes a couple years ago with a bit of reluctance at first (having never done yoga before) but now I look forward to each class and always feel great afterwards. I really notice a difference when I’m cycling, playing golf or kayaking. I would highly recommend Christine’s class for any guy that wants to improve his health and level of physical activity.
