I have felt so welcomed into this studio and community during my first month of practice here. All the classes I've encountered have been consistently great, especially Jennifer's Gentle Flow and Restore and Lacey's Tuesday evening Yin Yoga series. I believe Lacey's Yin classes are new and I am really, really hoping they continue! I've seen such a wonderful change in my level of flexibility.

I love this place and all of the teachers!

I’ve been to behot yoga, Kula Annex, moksha (now modo yoga) and this is my favourite studio. The place is clean and with a very nice vibe. You can easily book classes on line or drop in. They have $8 classes early in the morning and noon. The most important thing to me is the consistency in the levels, all teachers are great and are faithful to the concept of no harm but at the same time provide challenges to those ready to take them. I never got bored in a class, they put emphasis in alignment and strength before depth and my upper back, shoulders and posture in general feel so much better since I’m part of this community.
