Loved my first time experience at this beautiful, clean and friendly studio. Not only the front desk staff makes me feel very welcome, they also provide free yoga mats and towels, also free first time class. The class is not too crowded as some of the other yoga studios I went which allows me to have the space and pace for my practice. Ayla is an amazing teacher! Not only her class is powerfully challenging your body and mind, I love her positive energy and caring mind adjustments! I am now a regular practitioner. Thanks :)

Best yoga studio I've been to in Ottawa. The teachers are challenging, helpful and truly care about your progress and practice. They have a great variety of classes to suit different levels and I love the smaller class size. It's my yoga home away from home!

Don’t believe the low rating - the company was in a dispute over logos and internet trolls destroyed their reviews. The studio is small but clean and modern. If you sign up ahead of time, there is a mat and towel laid out for you and there are free electronic lockers. Order a smoothie on your way in to drink after a good sweat sesh. Lots of variety and classes at all times of the day. Happy to have it in the neighborhood.

Best yoga studio I've tried in Ottawa. Amazing teachers, all levels available, they provide you with yoga mats, towels and water. Great!!!! Option of unlimited monthly membership, with or without a 4 month commitment

Professional yoga studio, and it is evident that the staff have a pure concept of how the classes should be taught. Immediately after entering, I was greeted with a content attitude by the receptionist, who guided me to the change rooms. Despite the bathrooms being poorly labeled, the conditions were magnanimous, and there was no grime, or dirt anywhere. It was a posh, and professional studio. Everything was clean, and the instructors comprehensively guided our team through all of the yoga moves, and even assisted me with particular stretches. Would highly recommend this studio to anyone.
