High end, ultimate in trendy indoor gym and outdoor running/cycling wear. If you want something to encourage you or to reward yourself for hard earned gym time, this is the place to go. Comfort and style merge in this clothing line.

Nothing beats Lulu clothing and nothing beats the service I received today. I genuinely do not like to write peoples names when writing reviews, but the experience I had with "Liz" today was by far the best I have ever received at Lululemon. I often get the sense that the staff there think they are too "cool" for you when you walk in and continue to chat as if they don't believe you are going to buy anything/it isn't worth their time. She took care of my needy-ness and demands for over a half hour. I tried on 20+ things - she got me new sizes for virtually everything, looked in the systems for different sizes, looked in the computer to scan which stores carried what I was looking for, called the other location to put items on hold for me, suggested different items etc and always remained available even though they were extremely busy. Needing-less to say, she went above and BEYOND and is an awesome asset to this company!

I received terrible service from the day manager when I visited this store today. I work as a skating instructor with the City of Ottawa's Recreational Skating School -- my co-workers have said that they receive a 15% off discount as skating instructors, as part of the company's Research and Development Program. I went to this store to purchase two pairs of leggings, the likes of which I wear when teaching skating. I received great service from two employees when choosing the products I wanted to purchase. At the cash however, upon producing a pay stub from the City of Ottawa, I was asked to show Skate Canada certification. I explained that Skate Canada and the City of Ottawa run separate but similar learn to skate programs, and that you do not receive paper certification from the City of Ottawa after being trained to teach in their program. I explained that I perform the same job as Skate Canada instructors. The manager said that I do not qualify for the 15% discount without the Skate Canada certification, seeing as I cannot prove that I am qualified to teach. I further explained that I have completed Skate Canada's top tests and was for this reason hired and trained by the city to teach in their skating school. This woman (she identified herself as the manager) simply reiterated that I cannot prove I am qualified and therefore cannot receive the discount, even though other City of Ottawa skating instructors may have received this discount from other employees at other locations. She proceeded to say that it is a "privilege to participate in this program, and I only offer certified instructors this privilege." She reiterated these statements over and over again, rather than directly respond to the details I provided. I was extremely insulted by this manager. She demonstrated inflexibility and lack of sound judgement in our encounter today. I will never be coming back; I will also urge my fellow City of Ottawa skating instructors to avoid this location, seeing as this manager feels we are unqualified and therefore unworthy of this discount.

What a weird experience. I went to this store tonight to help my boyfriend find a pair of pants. I was shopping around while I waited for him when an employee approached me, told me my boots looked like a fake version of some other brand and that she preferred the brand to what I was wearing. Wow, that was pretty rude so I just said that I liked my boots and walked away. I stopped browsing since having this weird, rude interaction left kind of a sour taste in my mouth. Upon leaving the store, my boyfriend told me that he had a similar interaction with that employee. He mentioned that he worked in another store in the area and this woman told him "wow, what are you doing here? I didn't think you had to dress that nice to work at X store!". What a jerk! I'd prefer to avoid this store from now on.
