I must say, this is one of the best yoga studios in Ottawa I’ve been to! The instructors are super kind and just make you feel at ease. I was going here regularly and just loved the classes. Great work, Elevate Yoga!

Elevate yoga is not a business. They don't treat you as a customer, they treat you as your family. Majority of the instructors truly care about the students, call you by your name, put their heart into their instructions and do their best to make sure you are in the right pose. I have been to other studios and I truly think elevate is one of a kind. Elevate changed my life and body. Plus, you want to cancel your membership or put it on hold or simply ask a question? Just send them an email and you'll be surprised how fast they get back to you. Thank you Elevate team, you rock! The only challenge you may (sometimes) see is crowded sessions in specific times of the day (6 pm during the weekday and 12 pm during the weekends).

I checked out this hidden gem of a yoga studio last night on the recommendation of a friend who volunteers there. I was so impressed! I was able to pre-register for the class online, which secured my spot. There was lots of street parking on the side streets when I arrived - so no issues there. The studio itself is charming with beautiful decor and great ambiance. Sandy, our teacher for the flow class was a wonderful instructor and had such a positive, uplifting vibe. Overall this was a terrific place to practice yoga, and I'll definitely be returning.
