Hi folks, I want to post on here because I'm hoping this gets heard from a higher up and changes are made as none of my " In Club written suggestions " have been addressed. Please read as I have been a member of the Nepean location since the day they opened. I love this place, it is like a second home, but unfortunately I have to speak out about this nonsense and pray something is done.. Beautiful club, great machines, great accessories. But the ongoing issue is the management has completely lost control of the place. There is absolutely no control of anything anymore. (1) Trainers taking videos in the gym, (2) trainers and others training with no shoes causing a disgusting odour, (3) training with barely a shirt or " Stringer tank top " on, (4) aggressive yelling during sets, and (5) the change rooms/showers/steam room have all begun to smell aggresively like sewage for the past few months. All of these " rules " used to be enforced when it first opened and it was amazing, but now and lately, NOTHING has been enforced to avoid these constant rules being broken. It's turned into a complete zoo at this club and it is truly a disappointment. For that... I wouldn't recommend this club to anyone unless management decided to get they're club together and do the job that they are paid for and keep these rules in check, a simple little paper sign will not cut it. Your better off training at a $10/month location and saving yourself $80-$100 a month if this continues.

I was a member for a while it was a nice please to exercise, but my experience with the staff wasn't that great. If I need something I have to ask many times and wait long times but they need something they can be so unprofessional and greedy, we are paying alot of money the least you can do to be nice. I really don't like the staff way of dealing with the members needs or questions.

The club is beautiful and has great equipment but my experience as a customer was not good. I followed the Facebook promo for 10 dollars for 10 days and wanted to try the gym. I was convinced to purchase a 10/10days promotion with a one year membership by their salesperson because there is no other way to try it. At the end of 10 days, I asked the lady at the front desk to cancel my membership. She told me that she could not cancel my membership and that I needed to come in person the next day to cancel it and speak with a manager. When I told her that I was busy and would like this to be cancelled, she told me that if I decide to not show up, the membership will continue and if I don’t make payments, this will end up with a collection agency. I was so upset and frustrated with my experience with their staff. First, the 10 dollars for 10 days promotion is a bait and one cannot leave without signing up for a full year. I got sucked in and signed up. Then, you cannot cancel the membership and get out until you go in person and speak with a manager. The sales people are incredibly pushy and front desk not very helpful in my case. I did call the manager the next day and cancelled but waiting for my refund until they get their access key back. I liked the gym but was unable to join this year due to personal circumstances but after this horrendous experience, will never step foot in this facility.

The sauna and steam rooms in the men area are never clean, it stinks like a maximum security jail cell in there. The upstairs station is better then other locations, the downstairs new fuel studio where the basketball court used to be , not very impressed if you look at the trainyards one is better , and they also need to put heavy bags downstairs like the trainyards location.

Probably the best one out of the locations. Usually clean, things are usually not broken, and it does not stink.
